Energy Healing Session $90
Rooted in research on polyvagal theory and conscious application of the placebo effect, the techniques and applications utilised in each Energy Healing session are scientifically sound and replicable. Trained in the Japanese style of energy healing, Zara Renee expands upon traditional Reiki teachings, incorporating meditation, mindfulness and breath work. This is the foundation of her work as a Medical Doula, providing medical and surgical support.
Medical Doula Services $485
Work as a Medical Doula is centred around education and empowerment of the patient. Pulling from her formal education, advanced somatic trainings and personal healing trek (“journey” just doesn’t cut it!), Zara Renée has developed a offering for those desirous of support through a surgical procedure or reconciling with a medical diagnosis. This is neither psychological nor medical advice; rather, mind-body healing and skill-building for sustainable healing and resilience.
This service is scheduled over 4-6 weeks leading to an operative procedure, or for the same duration in support of a diagnosis. It entails three, 60-minute in-person sessions and two, 30-minute virtual check-ins. A pre-op and post-op session are also included! To learn more, book a complementary consultation (below).
