Welcome to Hawkins Oracle, where Science and Spirit are lifted in unison for self-discovery, healing and growth. This is a collaborative client-practitioner space created by Zara Renée, for you. While Reiki and Tarot are the primary offerings, each client session is a multi-modal experience tailored to your unique needs.
Energy Work
With a BA in Psychology, Master’s in Public Health, 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and over 10 years in the OR, Zara Renée employs trauma-informed and evidence-based somatic practices. Rooted in research on polyvagal theory and the placebo effect, the techniques and applications utilised in each session are available and accessible by clients for their own practice for stress reduction and grounding. There is no gate-keeping in this work!
Intuitive Tarot
Zara Renée began studying Tarot in 2021 while living in Okinawa, Japan. In her traditional fashion, Zara approached this field with an academic eye, first learning the anatomy of the keys and then, the physiology. Built upon a foundation of multi-religious and cross-cultural archetypes, the Pamela Coleman Smith deck was her textbook. Intuition developed over years of practice. Readings now incorporate psychic connection and spontaneous mediumship.
Professional Ethos
Zara is neither a mental health nor physical health provider. She does not engage in or condone acting outside one’s scope of practice. While healing comes in many forms, acute needs should be met by a trusted and licensed mental or physical health provider- not someone on TikTok or Instagram. The metaphysical world is rife with appropriation, colonisation and misrepresentation. As a consumer, you have every right (and are encouraged) to interview providers prior to engaging in services; walk away if what you hear doesn’t feel aligned.
Hawkins Oracle is based in Anchorage, Alaska on the traditional land of the Dena’ina people. As an act of tzedakah, ten percent of quarterly profits are donated to the Alaska Native Heritage Center.
